   My name is Ioan Draniciar and i’m trying to keep myself in good spirits  with humor , art , poetry , philosophy.

    I named the blog Pigassus because i’m a big fan of John Steinbeck’s work ; throughout his life , Steinbeck signed his letters with his personal  “Pigassus” logo simbolizing himself as “a lumbering soul but trying to fly” .

   The Latin Motto “Ad Astra Per Alia Porci”  translates “To the Stars on the Wings of a Pig” . In this case i’m the “Pig” and the blog should represent my “Wings” .
